This part was machined on the
high-speed mill by Brian Dutterer of FTD. It demonstrates the
"micromachining" capability of modern high-speed machine-tools. The post
diameters are 0.25 mm and the spacing is 1 mm. Brad Damazo has been working
on machining even smaller features on the Makino.
