These screen shots are provided to give you a sense of the demo in the event that you do not already have the browser required to run the demo yourself installed on your system.
A "modular AP" developer wishing to browse the ARM of the
Value_with_unit module opens the XML document in
her/his Web browser. The browser renders the XML as
follows:
The developer may click on any of the button labels embedded in the
schema to toggle the labeled item's text description. For example,
clicking on the button for value_limit causes value_limit's description to
appear as shown here. Clicking this button again
causes the description to disappear.
At any time, the developer may click on the buttons at the top of the page to show or hide all text descriptions. For example, clicking on "Show All" causes the Web browser window to look something like this.
If, after browsing the ARM, the developer decides to use Value_with_unit in
a modular AP, (s)he would then use "plug-and-play" tools (to
be built in a future phase of of the STEP
Modularization project) to seamlessly
incorporate the module.
